R/V Spaces are available at both the Winema Lodge and the Wild Goose Lodge. Please let us know if you are interested.
Camping is available at Lava Beds Park on a first come/first served basis. Please let us know if you are interested.
All meals will be offered through a meal plan at the Winema Lodge.
The meal plan includes the “Welcome Dinner”, the “Farewell Dinner”, the BBQ Star Party Dinner, 5 breakfasts and 5 lunches. (Finding alternative restaurants will be difficult as they not conveniently located near the event).
Let us know if you have a restrictive diet and we will try and accommodate you.
If you plan to come early or stay later than the symposium, meals can be purchased for a reasonable price at the Winema Lodge.
We have two available options for lodging for this event, The Winema Lodge and The Wild Goose Lodge Motel. Both offer excellent accommodations at reasonable pricing and are in close proximity to the park for easy access.

The Winema Lodge
The Winema Lodge offers a variety of room types from dorms to private motel rooms and we have pre-reserved rooms exclusively for this event and can be booked directly through this website.
Meal plans, some pre-trips (Crater Lake Tour, Medicine Lake Adventure Tour, Rogue River Trip), merchandise and registration are handled on the registration site.
Accommodations for the Winema Lodge are handled on the 18IVS site.
The Wild Goose Lodge Motel
The Wild Goose Lodge Motel features cabins for more private lodging. To reserve cabins visit the motel website, or view the list of available cabin types here.
